We require 2 feet either side of the inflatable and about 5 feet in front to make it easy to get on and off and 5 feet behind the inflatable for the blower. In addition, we will also need a clear route to the inflation site. For our Flintstones Slide, this is a 5 feet wide path.
What type of surface do I need?
A level grass surface is ideal however the inflatables can be installed on a slight slope, or inside a hall if required.
Which inflatables can be used inside?
This depends on the height and access of the room, but generally a 12ft x 12ft or smaller will be suitable.
When will my inflatable arrive?
1-2-3 Partee will normally deliver your inflatable between 8:00am and 12:00pm. We will normally collect again between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. If you require delivery before 8:00am, the delivery will be made the previous day and an overnight fee may be charged. If you require collection after 9:00pm, the collection will be made the following day and an overnight fee may be charged. If you require delivery or collection at specific times, please let us know as soon as possible.
Can you take the inflatable up a flight of steps?
No. Because of the size and weight of the inflatables, we can not cope with a flight of steps, however one or two will be acceptable.
Can you take the inflatable through a house?
We can take the smaller inflatables through a house, however they are big and bulky, so we will need a clear path. If the inflatable is wet, it may also leak water as it is moved.
How does the inflatable stay up?
As part of the installation, we will connect the electric blower to a power supply and ensure the inflatable is fully inflated. If you wish to stop using the inflatable, we ask that you turn the electricity off at the supply.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for £5,000,000 Public Liability Cover and copies of our insurance certificate are available on request. Please note, our insurance is only for the equipment, and not for how the equipment is used.
I've finished with the inflatable, can I pack it away?
No. Our insurance doesn't allow you to do this. We also have the experience to do this is a safe way.
